It's actually a character named Dee Dee from an old Hanna-Barbera show called Captain Caveman:

Wait. I remember Captain Caveman. Only it was a segment after The Flinstone Kids (Captain Caveman and his son Cavey Jr.).

I don't recognize those girls, did he have his own show that I didn't know about? D:

Captain Caveman & The Teen Angels was one of the MANY "Scooby clone shows" made back in the 70s. I'm guessing Captain Caveman was supposed to be a bizarre combination of Scooby Doo and Charlie's Angels. :P

Captain Caveman was a pre-historic....thing that the three girls found frozen in a glacier and adopted as a mascot. So it makes sense to assume he was alive when the Flintstones were around. But the fact that The Flintstone Kids gave him a child (and, presumably, a family) creates some sad implications for the 70s show. O_o

Well, he and his son are alive in pre-historic times and then Captain Caveman ended up being thawed out in the 1970s. So that means his kid and everyone he cared about have been dead for a LONG time when the Teen Angels series takes place. And something big must have happened to freeze him in the first place.

....yeah. I need to stop over-thinking kids' shows. :P
